In this case, on behalf of this member I would create a new email address using gmail that is something like:

sbandcbc.president@gmail.com

Note that the above example I have chosen a generic address for the role and not specific for the member - you can choose anything you like. Choose whatever password you like and keep it safe.

Go back to lovebowls and go to your Admin -> members -> Invites page

INVITE the new email address you created above

Go to gmail in a web browser, making sure you are logged in as the account you created above, and you should see an email from lovebowls inviting you to sign up and join the club.

Follow the steps in the email and the member will be added to your club

You have control over this members account and can change their name, phone and picture using the profile settings in lovebowls. You can now add them as an officer. You can choose whether or not you give the login details to the member.
