Missing emails
Hi Dave, One of our members isn’t receiving emails from the site. I have checked her junk/spam there is no sign. It is a gmail account. She receives my emails sent to her from my own account to that email address. Any suggestions?

If anyone else finds this a problem for one of their members it’s usually because the member has (intentionally or inadvertently) unsubscribed from emails by clicking the link at the bottom of lovebowls emails.
Ask the member to search their email history for an old lovebowls email, then click the “unsubscribe preferences” link at the bottom to reactivate their emails.
