Site Administration

We are presently setting up a draft site and have successfully added a few members using the invite email function. Is there any way for an administrator or member with selector privileges to be able to manually add a new member. Reason for the question is we have a couple of club members who do not have a P.C.,Tablet or Smartphone and rely on their team captains ringing them on their landlines to check their availability for fixtures
