A Step-by-Step Guide to Creating Custom Page Content with Embed Link to a Google Document

Google Docs, a popular cloud-based platform, offers a seamless way to create, edit, and share documents. In this post, we'll walk you through the process of creating a Google Doc and then publishing it to a page on your website using an embed link, allowing you to seamlessly integrate your document into your lovebowls website.
Step 1: Sign in to Your Google Account If you don't have a Google account, sign up for one. If you already have an account, log in to access Google Docs.
Step 2: Open Google Docs Navigate to Google Docs from your Google Drive dashboard or directly by visiting docs.google.com.
Step 3: Create a New Document Click on the "+ Blank" button to start a new document. Give your document a meaningful title by clicking on "Untitled document" at the top and entering your preferred title.
Step 4: Add Content to Your Document Start adding text, images, and formatting to your document. Google Docs provides a user-friendly interface for easy document creation and editing.
Step 5: Publish to Web Click on the "File" menu in the upper left corner of the screen. Then the "Share" option. Then click the "Publish to Web" menu. In the dialog box that appears click the "Publish" button and confirm.
Step 6: Get the Embed Link Once your document is shared, make sure you are on the "Embed" tab. Copy the HTML that starts with "<iframe src..." into your computers clipboard by highlighting and pressing CTRL+C.
Step 7: Embed the Link Paste the copied link into the embed field of your lovebowls custom Embed menu item.
Step 8: Preview Your Custom Page Preview your LoveBowls page to see the embedded Google Document seamlessly integrated into your chosen section. Adjust formatting and sizing by editing the Document in Google as needed for optimal display.
