Accessing the "Club Calendar" Screen:
To access the "Club Calendar" screen, go to the main menu.
From there, click on "Club," and you'll find "Calendar" as an option. Click on "Calendar" to access the screen.
You can also access the screen from the button on the "My Calendar" page.
The list presents an organized view of all your club's fixtures and events.
The first column displays the date and time of each fixture.
In the second column, you'll find information about the opponent.
The third column specifies the competition.
You can quickly identify whether the match is home or away in the fourth column.
The fifth column shows the match result. You can determine the match outcome (if a result has been enterted) by looking at the colored button. It will be red, yellow, or green, indicating whether the match was lost, drawn, or won.
The background colour of each fixture also conveys information. If it is white the fixture is in the past, blue is in the future, whereas green is a match that has been selected.
To access more actions related to a particular fixture, simply highlight it in the list.
These additional options include the ability to edit the fixture details or go directly to the team sheet.
You can also double-click a fixture to open the fixture editor.
Season and Date Selection:
At the top of the screen, you'll find a filter bar. Here, you can select the season from a drop-down menu.
Additionally, you have the option to pick a specific month from another drop-down or choose **All** to display every fixture from the selected season.
Export to Excel:
For added convenience, there's an "Output to Excel" button at the bottom of the fixture list, allowing you to export the data for further analysis.
Administrator and Fixture Secretary Benefits:
If you're logged in as a fixture secretary, administrator, or selector, you gain access to even more valuable features.
This includes the ability to see the number of members who have made themselves available for the fixture and the number (or percentage) of members selected and confirmed.
The colour of the number also conveys information. Green indicates >100%, Blue >70% and RED <70%. Use the colours to see at a glance which fixtures may require your attention.
You can hover the cursor over this number on desktop to show a tooltip with more information.
You can click the number to go to the Teamsheet if you wish to manage selection or availability.
Member Calendar Shortcut:
To easily access the "My Calendar" screen, you'll find a dedicated button at the top of the screen. This allows for easy navigation between the two screens.
